  1. Just because the ad says 7k doesnt mean it sells for anything close

  2. There are Senna 916's on EBay asking£20k that were bought from Bonhams for between £5 and £6k. Anyone enlighten me as to what these are worth??? :)

  3. Honestly I'm shocked but have to go with the general feeling, I've told him he needs to keep it. Yes it's hard work at times but it's so good on the right roads and has plenty of power still so...

  4. An item is worth what someone is prepared to pay. There was one sold on eBay not too long back in the region of 8K. I think someone on here bought it Tim something. Proper lovely mint/rebuilt. I would have paid that all day every day. As Cookster said, they are a bitch to live with on the road. To me its a lovely piece of Iconic Ducati history, would I put it on the track, hell yeah, can I live with it as an every day ride hell no. Its a great 2nd bike

  5. It's a bit like Aprilia RS250's... I sold mine in 2011 for £2500, and now anything anywhere near as clean 'seem' to be selling at £4500-6000, I don't think they are worth that BUT it's what u have to pay for one.

I'll see what he decides to do with it next month, i hope he keeps it

  7. If he does sell it, whatever he sells it for unless he gets a massive price, he'll look back in 10 years time and wish he hadn't sold it.

  8. I'd say anything between 6 and 8 is achievable with provenance and a decent history and originality
