  9. call me old fashioned, but I would have thought you'd need drawings of some sort, ordinance maps, confirmation that power and gas was off, had notified neighbors of the works/time/date... Or is it as simple as rock up on the day with a bull dozer, check the letter box and plow on in!

  10. Yes I do Peter it's attached to a hurricane-proof tree and it still has the 'inverted' horseshoe above it which kind of gives the number away. (no, it isn't 666)
