Deepest condolences Bumpkin. Watched my father die from his bedside four years ago. His only fame and attainment was being my Dad but that was worth more than any public bells and whistles. Best wishes.
Rick,George and now Carrie. All had big Cocaine users in a previous life.Great drug but it takes havoc on your heart.RIP party people
Now Debbie Reynolds has gone to be with Carrie What an end to 2016 RIP to those famous and non famous we have lost this year
My kid brother died the same day Prince William was born. He suffered serious head injuries in a bike vs car accident,my folks had to turn the life support off in Barts while BBC radio was gushing about Diana being special for doing what every other mother in the world does. I'm convinced the loss of my brother brought about my dads death not long after, and my mum had to grit her teeth every time she heard Williams name mentioned by the media because it brought back the memory. A few years later,I was at work late at night, that day the papers were full of Robert Maxwell's disappearance,my,(now sole surviving),brother walked in..(he didn't even know where I worked and it was near midnight so I fucking knew straight away it wasn't good news),and told me that our other bro Alan had died suddenly...no warning, sitting in the living room, one minute he was talking to my ma the next he was dead. Fuck famous people, they are no more or less important than anyone else, and they are no more deserving of fame than anyone else. And the publicity they get for their existence can lead to misery for plenty of others.
The famous ain't real people.Your brother and your father were real people chap.Ive lost very good mates in my 58 years but my fantastic Dad dying on my 17th birthday knocked me for six! He was my hero and my best mate and I've never really got over it? I think about him and miss him every single day chap.
