Does anybody have them and what are they? I want to get my resting heart rate down, so a bit more exercise in 2017. Boring I know as everyone says something similar.
New job in 2016, after a 15 year career with the same company and 25 years in the electrical industry, I got out of the industry but still as a national account manager, I made my mark and achieved my goals, work wise anyway. I proved a lot of things to myself along the way. Getting married in April so my goal for 2017 will be to get fit again and lose some weight, I'm a 40k / year driver with a round trip to the office at nearly 400 miles, I cannot afford to maintain my 2016 lack of exercise and hotel meal lifestyle, I'm currently on hols in Anglesey and have walked nearly 70 miles over the last 7 days, I feel bloody marvellous
