Fitting a satnav to a D16RR?

  1. I fitted mine like this.

    But I like the spatular one the best. very well engineered and thought out.

  2. NOOOOOOOOO ...................:eek: please forget the sat nav!

    Stop have a break or a cig while your mates catch up :biggrin:
    Admire the bike while reading a map.
    Once they arrive fold it up neatly and store it in the top box:smile:
     
  3. Been to some amazing places in the Alps . I saw one road from a flight to spain took the co ords entered them into the sat nav and went there on my next visit. Would never have found my way there or back without sat nav . So for the adventurous that want to get to some obscure places and back they are the best . If your happy just to go from A to B without the odd planned detour use a map.

  6. Fair do's.....will have a go with some B&Q aluminium and whatever I can find!
     
  7. Ask Roy - he had a really neat set up for his iPhone sat nav - don't know if he had it on the desmo, but he had it on the RSVR and it worked beautifully.

  9. I think I've cracked it. I've got one of these

    but replaced the ball with a genuine rubber RAM Mount one
