Yes, I think that is exactly what they are saying. MotoGP hasn't been free to BT broadband users for 2 years. It's been free to BTTV subscribers but that might be changing. The numpty in charge of buying sport at BT is paying way over the odds so they've got to recover it somehow. Ah, that'll be by making you and me pay more - harsoles. Andy
the only reason I got bt broadband and the TV box was for the gp. had probs from the moment I got it they kept telling me I needed to upgrade to infinity to get sports as although selling me the regular package and saying id get sports, It couldn't be done. Impossible and no, I couldnt cancel, unless I paid £400, even though id been misinformed (which they admitted to) i spent probably 40hours on the phn over a 2 week period to get it sorted befor giving uo. When my contract was up after 12 months, and i rang to cancel, what do ya know, bt sports is available free.
why do I need a phone line for broadband? Why can't I have a broadband line? No one uses a home phone. I don't want a friends and family package or off peak free calls. I understand I need the cable to the house but why do I have to pay for a phone?
BT monopoly. Someone has today for the maintenance of the line. I think Virgin high fibre offer no phone option
We tried to get our phone line removed but virgin said "it's part of the package" but gave us a discount all the same" we unplugged it as the only calls we got were cold callers and automated machines and my mother in law calling from over the road to tell us sunday dinner is ready... She texts me now! Sent from my SM-P900 using Tapatalk
except they don't, even when their Italian business has been caught carrying out wholesale fraud. 20% drop in share price...they gotta get it back somehow
The BBC should go for this. They spend mountains of money on shite, and it's actually one sport where the British actually do pretty well. I'm sick of paying for the BBC when it's got sod all on I watch. It's probably a bit too loud and scary for them though
Whilst I have been a fan of Suzie Perry, she didn't cover herself in glory for the few MotoGP rounds she covered. Sharing a platform with James Toseland ain't easy though, no conversation whatsoever. Andy
