I tend to park my bike where I want. I jump queues of traffic at every opportunity and my chosen mode of transport brings me great joy in my life. Seeing a car in a bike bay, I would have thought the driver a prick but wouldn't have dreamt of getting a phone out. That's in the same way I don't expect a car driver to get out and start filming me when I make my way to the front of some temporary lights.
