  1. Folks,

I wish to cover a small number of paint chips that have appeared on my XDiavel. The paint codes feature in the user manual however I've no idea where / how to purchase the paint. Can anyone recommend please a reliable supplier capable of supplying the paint in the tiny quantities required?

    Many thanks.

  2. DuPont is probably one of the best

  3. Halfords will mix small quantities of basecoat if you have the code too. Though to be frank, depending on what you call a chip, don't expect to restore it to a perfect finish as to do so involves much more prep than most people are prepared to risk. Plus you'd need to use a good two pack laquer to achieve the correct finish and that requires proper spray kit, protection and a degree of skill.

If you want a good job done, then a reputable mobile paint repair outfit like Chips Away or similar will do a far better job, with less hassle and are quite reasonably priced.

  5. if its red, and left outside a lot yer gonna struggle with a match. watching the detailers in the past, they get a rattle can, spray the paint into the lid of the can then dab it in with an artists tiny little brush.
