I get what your saying.. something that really annoys me is you sit down to watch a programme you've been looking forward to seeing and at the start of it they show clips for the first ten mins of what you did! Want to watch. Then at the end they show you what the next one will be about... TV breaks are the same, after each break they show you again, what you've already watched in that sitting... thank god for FF....
