I'm hearing there's talk of culling the Grey squirrel to help the red population to survive... Got me thinking... and yes, I know I'm Nuts... Surely a Grey Squirell is nothing but an Old Red squirell that's let himself go a bit and put on a bit of weight ..! So in a similar way if indeed this is to go ahead, is there not a case for protecting the Beautiful Red Ducati and Culling the Greys or perhaps even the yellow Ducati should be wiped out! Your thoughts.. " Fire in the hole"
if hou try to follow your own logic you will realise all the sheep buy red Ducatis and they are as common as the grey Squirrel. So we would be culling the red to let the much prettier Yellow, white and black versions flourish So there
Aye - twas a marketing ploy of the 80's when they copied Ferrari - no part of the Ducati history which were generally Silver and Yellow before the followers of fashion joined in blindly I have Yellow and Black (and 4 red )
Mine are all the fastest ones.... Red.... although some do have some white on them. I'm not Mr. Greedy like Elise.... only got 4.
I'm getting concerned at the level of colour prejudice in this thread but do believe that the proper colour for a motorbike is black and that these (and their owners) should receive preferential treatment
In ducati world motorcycle racing terms Red is for winners and yellow is for followers or runners up.. Mind you much like the squirrel analogy.. when the beautiful red Ducati gets really old it's coat might well fade, revealing that horrible yellow primer colour Ducati used underneath.. Rumour has it Ducati sold some in this odd yellow colour when they ran out of their winning red...
What the ell Is Kappa? Sorry mte I only wear top brands... like Sainsbury's and Asda.. No red car either.. mine should be a metallic silver colour apparently but, working at the largest port in Britain mine is now an off white colour with flecks of grey in it... I think the official name for the colour is "bloody great dollops of Seagullpoo"
