Perhaps I have the wrong name for them but I meant the black crash/drop protectors that you can bung onto the side of the frame to help keep the bike clear off the ground when I inevitably drop it as a first bike... If you google crash bobbins the pictures do a much better job of explaining it than I do
Ok, that's what I thought you meant. If I were you, I'd concentrate on finding the right bike and if it has the extras, that's a bonus. Grip and bobbins are fairly cheap additions. Panniers can vary in cost from simple textile throw over bags to a full on hard case rack system. Good luck finding the right bike.
