Hi team, years ago I bought a used set of SS carbs and never used them. I've forgotten which model they are for!! I think it should be a 750. How can I work it out? I've looked at one of the jets and its is very difficult to make out the nos. Looks like 7.0 and R61 or R50! Any ideas. I want to sell them when I'm sure I know what they are.
They are the same apart from the jetting and needles. You can sell them stating you are not sure what they are from. I did. Someone will buy them. I have about 4 sets left and no idea what they are off so will watch this with interest.
Sorry I can't guarantee it will fit. Again a different part no. It may mean a different fitting or it may just be a cosmetic change. It will definitely for MTS1200 2010 - 2104, 848/1098/1198, 749/748, ST2/3/4, 800SS, 900SS, 1000SS, Monsters 620, 750ie, 1000ie, S2R, S4R, S4RS and will most likely fit MTS620, MTS1000 and MTS1100 as well as various Hypers.
The jet in the pic IIRC is the starter jet and across the 600, 750 and 900 it should be a 70. But if you get the main jet out and the needle I might be able to tell you more.
