Builder Recommended London S/e Area

  1. A while ago my daughter bought a one bed flat in a Victorian property in the Blackheath area of London.
    Now she is considering moving on and maximising her return by moving the kitchen in to the lounge and making the one bed in to a two bed apartment. So I thought I'd ask you knowledgeable lot here.
    Can anyone here recommend a reliable builder in the area?
    Any pointers greatly appreciated.
