  1. @yellowducmaniac I'm in the market for a set of light weight wheels. Already have a set of forged magnesium 16.5" wheels for track but would like a set for the road. So, I'm interested. Read your other thread too. Did you really pay significantly less than half of £2300 for these?

  3. 17” wheels are way better for the track these days as tyres are plentiful as is the choice, 16.5” are history now pretty much.

  5. Yes, you're probably right. The 16.5" wheels are the original 999RS wheels, though.

    CF tank currently on ebay starting at £600,but I am open to reasonable offers below that figure from forum members, as stated if you haven't got a yellow 749/999 it doesn't cost that much to get it re-sprayed or stripped back to the carbon and lacquered...Absolute bargain!
