I have a Hypermotard 796, and am not that happy with the "bat wing" mirror/indicator arrangement, I know that these can be replaced with Ducati racing handguards ( stronger ) and Ducati mirrors ( with built in indicators---likely to get broken!),but has anyone on the forum replaced the indicators with small "normal" indicators mounted on a front bracket, and the used standard mirrors without the built in indicators?

I am not that technically competent, so any help/suggestions or photos would be a great help!
