1200 DVT Dvt Shortie Levers

  1. Any recommendations for shortie levers on my DVT? I only used two fingers for either side so I’m thinking of getting shorties. I have the Evo Tec rad guards and think they’re good quality so I’m pondering thier shorties. Anyone tried them? Any advice welcome. I have a 2017 bike.

  2. Welcome to the forum. ASV, always my choice, superb quality and very adjustable.

  3. Are short levers better for small hands than the poem version?

  4. You raise an interesting question there. I’ve never had shorties before. I’m only assuming I’d like them. They may prove less comfortable. Any advice from those who’ve used both?

  5. I am looking for them at the moment but just for the clutch, since I have the adjustable-pivot one on the front brake (Evo3).

I am trying to find something aftermarket like the levers for enduro/cross bikes, really really short, enough to allow the lever to touch che handlebar without interfering with the other fingers (talking about the clutch, obviously). It is possibile with really short levers like the "midwest clever" one, that is not available for semi-radial brembo cylinders...

  6. I am used to short levers on my dirt bikes, I have the excellent KTM powerparts ones on my KTM 350. I prefer their feel and that they are less prone to breaking in a fall.

For my Multistrada Enduro I have the Evotech's fitted. They work really well, are relatively inexpensive and are good quality.

They offer versions for each of the Multistradas so you should be able to find ones that fit.
