Hi, When stripping the 50mm termi system off my 998 BP it appears the previous owner must have had a clearance issue as they've done a pretty crap job of ‘flattening’ the face nearest the sump?! It was hidden with exhaust wrap which adds further confusion... Has anyone had a similar issue, or is it probably just down to poor fittment? Its not a deep sump engine. I’ll post in the wanted section, but as part of the rebuild, i’ll be on the look out for another (unbastardised) link pipe. Thanks
Thanks, i’d be amazed if mine came out of the termi factory like it is.. looks like someone has gone mad with a ball pein hammer! Would have thought something would be pressed down to form it if it was OEM.
