I've been using Ducati Nottingham for service work, parts and upgrades to my 899 for just under a year now. The guys are always super helpful wether seeking advice, cross referencing part numbers or fixing my mistakes on their coffee machine. My bikes first visit to Ducati Nottingham in early 2017 was for its first service. The service technician did a cracking job and treated my bike with exceptional care and attention. The bike was booked in with a sensible time frame and work was completed when they said it would be. Second visit to the workshop was for several upgrades, they fitted magnesium clutch casings and an Ohlins TTX rear shock, the bike was immaculate when it left the workshop. Third visit was unexpected when I found a screw in the rear tyre. The guys got me back on the road the same day and at a reasonable price Fourth visit was a single sided swing arm conversion. All the guys worked seamlessly to make sure this project was a success. Elliot the service tech pulled out all the stops on this one, he made a superb job. The bike came back looking like it had just rolled out the factory, in short every job he does on my bike he treats it as if his own. I can't praise Ducati Nottingham enough.
Nice to see a good report peps are always quick to share a disaster Never hurts to give credit where due
I bought my bike there even though I live down in the New forest as Mark Payne put together such a good deal , in fact, am chatting with him this weekend about a possible second deal?? (can't believe he still has my silver 14 plate multi up for sale in there, he's had it since Aug 16 )
