  3. Imho, yes it is.

    What you should be doing is using a power screwdriver to turn a nut and bolt through the button to free up the buttons till the buttons and disc move freely. I use cillit bang for this as it dissolves the gunk but doesn't leave oily residue or attack paint, tyres etc

  4. Belay that!! Looks as though your discs don't float and the buttons have no hole through the centre...
