Hi All Picking up my new Pikes Peak in a couple of weeks and I only have leathers. Just looking at new jacket and trousers and there's so much choice , that I don't know where to start. D-Dry Textile Gortex What's the differences and what's best to go for? My commute to work is about 1.5hrs so looking for stuff to keep me warm but also look good Hoping to spend no more than £500 but want something to match the bikes colours, any ideas? Thanks
I commute all year on a Multi. I wear Wolf Tour-Tec jacket and trousers. They’ve never let me down, warm in winter and cool in the summer. Plus they’re widely available and a UK company. Plus Daytona Roadstar GTX boots. Comfy, warm and waterproof. Go somewhere and try different ones to see if they suit you’re build.
