749 Removing Valve Covers

Hi all, if i remove my valve covers will i lose any oil out of the horizontal cylinder, thanks guys and gals

 

Yeah im guessing some will come out, just means getting it out the house to drain the oil

 

Had a bike stolen about 13years ago, got back into motorcycling a couple of years back and the misses said the bike stays inside (im not arguing), one of the factors of buying our house was "is there space for a bike".

 

Ended up just doing the job indoors
