1000 1100s

  1. looking to buy a 1100 multi but have only ridden on a 620 years ago when my 749 was in for servicing, if anybody has had experience on one & would like to share them with me i would be grateful the pluses & minuses etc

  2. Had one a couple of years ago, good bikes, worth going for the S with ohlins imo

  3. having had the 1100s for about 8years and living in the land of twistyness. i aint got a bad word to say about it. all good:upyeah:

  4. Once you get over the looks it's a good all-rounder with very useable HP output.

  5. thanks for the info,it is pointing me in that direction as i have just been to look at a 900ss & a750ssie & i don't think i could live with them anymore

  6. I wouldnt rule out the older 1000cc bikes either. A little less grunt but a bit smoother too imo.

  7. Also worth getting the ecu reflashed, mine “hunted” a little on light throttle so Wilf tweaked it for me with a modified S2R 1000 map, much better afterwards
