Is This Normal?

  1. I have recently bought my 848 from On Yer Bike,and on cleaning it I have noticed that I can grab the rear shock and 'wiggle' it left and right about 8-10mm. On every other bike I have had the rear shock has been solid with no lateral movement.

    Should i be worried about this? Will I be taking it back to the dealers??!!

  2. do you mean rotate a little left to right if so then thats ok..........its the spherical bearings in the mounts

  3. If your MOT tester fails it coz of side to size movement suggest to him or her that they take up a job in the bakery as clearly they know little about bikes..........so many customers ask me this question as testers fail there bikes for it....Grrrr.
