Did 6 hours this morning at work....otherwise bugger all...not a hard core car fan but subscribe to this YouTube channel and find myself watching this over and over....I think this is the best sounding car I've ever heard... Reminds me of my v4 I think...
Did some gardening this morning and jet washed the patio then had an easy day in the sun with a few of these
Finally got around to making some PPI claims to see what shakes out, if anything. Job made easier by following the advice on Martin Lewis's website and using his recommended website Resolver to actually submit and track the claims. Still a bit of a ball ache though, if you're allergic to form filling like me, but might be with it if there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow
Mrs W and boy are watching ‘ Wonder ‘ It’s about a young lad with a facial disfigurement. I’ve had to go into the garage to tinker, far too emotional for me
Today I took a ride on a Moto Guzzi 850 Le Mans around Dulwich. Liked it, agreed a price, collecting it on Wednesday. It's one of the many "Mark 2 converted into a Mark 1", in the traditional red and black. I shall have to make changes to the footrests and handlebars, because the riding position is rather cramped. Apart from that, it's great. Looking forward.
Very sad 9 hour round trip ( with some pit stops) to Heathrow to drop off my fiancée for a flight to Sydney, going to look after her mum who is loosing her battle with enemy number one, the big C, could be weeks, could be months, who knows, hugely difficult if you live 27 hours from home, I find it already a long way to the Netherlands ......
Talking to some friends overseas so still up at nearly 3am, and remembering that you have to be drunk to eat cold pizza
Depending on your timing and taste, this may offer you an interesting diversion whilst in the area https://www.dulwichpicturegallery.org.uk/
