  1. anyone had a lambda probe Fáil yet?
    Cheers

  2. Mine are turned off and put in a box in the loft with the rest of the exhaust. there only narrow band sensors and only work at low rpm

  3. Thanks Martin,
Why have you taken them out?

  4. Guys
Anyone know the part number for the rear cylinder exhaust Lambda Probe?
Got a price from my local fella and I fell off my chair!!
    Any ideas on sourcing one?

  5. Narrow band sensors only work at low rpm and arnt very accurate, so they knock the fueling from rich to lean. Have you noticed that when the motor is hot and idleing it keeps changing. That’s the fueling going from rich state to lean state, so if you can get them turned off it idles lovely. And while your at it I got the fan to turn on at 90deg instead of over 100. It’s a much happier bike now. They are in the loft because I changed onto a GP system that only has provision for a pair of wide band sensors. And there only used on the dyno

  6. Mmm, interesting..what do you need to do to eliminate the probes and adjust the fan cut in temp?

  7. Any of the companies that offer re mapping of the ecu can do it. I’d have it remapped at the same time ;) you won’t regret it, transforms the power delivery.
