  2. This place is two miles down a single track private road strewn with huge potholes...I won’t be going anywhere until tomorrow!

@bradders I probably passed you at some point. If you had an impatient twat on a KTM up your tailpipe at any point that was probably me. Sozz. o_O

I went round Skye on a Sunday and it was absolutely rammed. Japanese tourists in Arnold Clark hire cars doing three point turns in the middle of the road so they could go back and photograph a bus stop. Honestly.
Unfortunately one place I'd really liked to have looked round, the Skye blackhouse museum, was closed on a Sunday.
The Hebrides Sunday shut-down culture obviously applies in Skye as well.

  8. I did see a ktm and wondered if it was you...saw quite a lot of bikes and not overtaken by a single one.

  9. Btw it was semi constant drizzle rather than rain. Then when it was drier, it was windy and at best 13 deg. That was Sunday to Thursday

  10. pity, its been scortchio since Thursday again. you picked the only wet week we have had since the end of April.
    no luck.
