1260 Up Map Key Confusion

  1. I'm not sure Termignoni for 1260 is titanium (talking about headers, not a can). Nowhere does it say so. Akra is.
Also, my main reason for switching to a full system is replacing the headers. I kind of like the Termignoni carbon can that came stock with 1260 Pikes Peak, but it does not fit full system headers.

I had a lot of different bikes in the past and always perform all maintenance myself, including valves adjustment, etc. The only times a dealer sees my bikes is when it requires a dealer's computer or it's a warranty issue.
Bike's specific forums hepled a lot, because usually there are a couple of memebers who are professional mechanics specializing on the brand. I wonder, if this forum has Ducati mechanics on it, or members whose have a lot of experience working on their bikes?

  2. Don,t know if i qualify there, but as you the only time to dealers is same as you. Over 50 years of building engines gearboxes. Basically a lifelong hobby. Electrician by trade but always wanted to keep hands oily. Over the last 10 years i have bought, repaired & sold over 150 Cat C & D write offs. Some of the professional mechanics these days are machine specific. Not saying they are not good at there jobs.

  3. There's a couple on here.
