  1. Just joined as i have traded in my 2010 VFR1200 for the Multistrada 1200 sport touring and pick it up next week! cant wait.

Already thinking about changing the exhaust but was only going to change the can! can i do this or will it have to be re-mapped?

    Thanks

    Andy

  7. I nearly bought a Honda VFR1200, but when I asked to try the demo it had been returned to the factory due to metal filings in the engine. So that kind of put me off. Excellent choice of bike you`ll absolutely love it. I would save your money and not bother with a can, doesnt make a lot of difference IMO.

  8. Having been used to Hondas and bought a Multi as my first Ducati, I just want to say DON'T be put off by the clattering the engine makes at idle. The Multi is a TERRIFIC bike. You'll LOVE it!

  9. My VFR wasn't affected by the metal filings, it was a fantastic bike for me and toured France many times but I just fancied a change of riding position!
Was only looking to change the can to gain a bit more noise.

  10. What I like about Ducati`s is that they have plenty character and soul, so you`ve definately made a change for the better. Just leave it in a lower gear for longer and that`ll give you more noise.
