today bike refused to unlock nomatter what I tried. Disconnected/reconnected the battery, tap lightly on lock, push pull on the locking pin while it was whinnying away. Nothing. Is there anything I can still try before being towed to the dealer??
Needs to go back to dealer for hands free unit replacement. Did it on my 15 plate dvt 1200 mutley and wouldn't unlock. Luckily recovery were very sympathetic and got it loaded on a low loader and recovered to ducati dealer next day.
Sotos hopefully your bike is under warranty so your dealer should sort it. Yes it's tank off and dill out rivetts etc
