Agree. I have the 395LM , nearly new & the pins on the cradle are not much good. 1 is sat further back than the other. Mine keeps going off, especially on rough roads. The wires under your seat are what looks like rider intercom leads. As said above did the sat nav loose power when you switch off the ignition. If yes then the wiring is under left side panel as said above. It will be wired to dedicated outlet plug, white . Then through the power pack,,, small black box,,, then up to cradle. Also from above there is a inline fuse. When i fitted mine i had to strip quite a lot of plastics off the front of bike including tank & cover.
Hi sorry for taking so long to reply to the helpful suggestions to my problem. I gave up & eventually got into a local bike shop. The problem was diagnosed as a blown fuse, which had took out the usb & DIN power supply’s as well. These worked before the service & battery replacement but not afterwards, could be coincidental but hey ho. Thanks again
