I’m in the process of upgrading all of our (work) saws to Festool as they are far more precise for the finer, final fix work that we are obliged to deliver. Makita is perfect for domestic use though!
RX7's have the vents running over the full length of the helmet. Can't remember what yours is, maybe a precursor to the Corsair. Should say on the back
The rx7 came out in 1996 and didn’t have the vents and spoiler like the new ones have. The early ones looked more like the Astro R
The RX7 does not have a spoiler, that came with the RX7 GP. RX7s have the full length vents. That one pictured is not an RX7.
