Yes it will. It’s actually fitted to my 1199S in the picture. But it’s important to note, if you aren’t already aware, that you’ll get an “unknown device” warning light where you can see the red DES warning in the pic. Mine throws up 2 warnings, 1 Unknown Device and then DES because I removed the electronic Ohlins suspension & replaced them with manual Ohlins.
