Considering both 848 and 1098 including S. What are the service intervals and a rough idea of costing? Thank you.
Yearly service is £140 plus vat as my 1098s is in today getting it done as well as the rectifier mod.
Just want to bump this up to ask one thing, are the belts still every 2 years or is it mileage based now?
I can never understand why people don't read the manual or call their local dealer. Or am I missing something?
I don't have the bike hence no manual. This is a Ducati forum so why can't I ask here? The time you took to reply you could have told me and it would come up in searches for the future too
1098 is still 2 years or 15k..... I think (it's late) that the 848 streetfighter is the same as MTS and Diavel because of the 11 degree heads. That's 15k or 5 years. i can double check for you tomorrow.
My first service at 8.5K was around £180 from a Ducati dealer. Belts are every two years. Mine is a 848 streetfighter.
848 Street fighter runs the 11 degree engine and is 5 years on belts or 15k miles. 1098 is 2 years. Had to double check as I had some conflicting paper work, but 848 is on same schedule as MTS12 and Diavel.
