For Sale Ducati Hyperstrada 2013 For Sale

Discussion in 'Ducati Bikes For Sale' started by steveomac, Jan 23, 2019.

  1. Hi All,

    pictures/video to follow.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AiwFh...&feature=share

Purchased on 25/6/18, I'm bitten with the bucket list approach to motorcycles. I really enjoy researching, search and acquiring a new (to me) bike but then another shiney one gets my attention so this is on the block for sale.

4 previous owners, full service history, all MOT's, HPI cleared. with some tasteful extras by separate negotiation. milage 18,011

MOT due 17th April, happy to renew as part of the deal.
Serviced just prior to my ownership, 12/6/18, major service, Cambelts and Desmo valve check.

It has been previously fitted with Maxton front springs and adjustable rear shocks so turns/handles like a dream.

I have since added 4 simple upgrades,

    1. adjustable leavers
    2. short backrest/rear rack (£150) https://dynamicmotorcycleaccessories.../hyperstrada-1
    3. Quad D exhaust from Italy (via USA) (£1100) http://www.designcorse.com/collectio...ant=4232788545 9
    4. streamlined sports seat (£240) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-Hyp...f1Z:rk:12:pf:0

these 4 things can be purchased with the bike for an additional fee (or will be removed prior to sale)

The bike without these items (but including the OE panniers) is offered here for £5250
exhaust without baffles sounds spectacular and the engine has 110bhp so flys for such a light weight package. The sport seat allows for greater movement around the seat and is more rounded that the stock saddle so allows for slightly shorter riders to get their feet down.

To follow will be photos taken this morning and a quick video. I will also paste some helpful links to reviews.

  2. 6k with all the extras

  3. I would ditch the extras as they don’t do anything for the look of the bike and I ended up selling mine 2014 with 16000 miles for just over the 4K, difficult bike to self there are some at dealers have been for sale for over 12 months

  4. shame as its a really good bike, appreciate your advice though thanks.
