Track Days Early April

  1. Hi doooodes..
Having booked the first week of April off coz it's my birthday and I'm doing Donny on tbe 3rd, I got to thinking about squeezing another day or 2 in..
Had a look on the fe site and the have snetterton on the 1st and Mallory on the 5th...
Is anyone on here booked on these dates?
I have no idea about these tracks and if they would be fun on a bike.. nor weather it's mad to try and fit too much I due to possible bike probs and rider fitness. On the bike front, although I ca t fit 2 in my van, the timings are such that I could go home an swap the 749 for the 900ss if need be ( providing I get the ss sorted by then!) .
I may end up changing my mind in the next 5 mins but I'm keen on opinions. .
Or any other track days that are on that week

  2. This site lists MSV and No Limits but I tend to book direct.

Snetterton is fun. Mallory I've not tried. Keep an eye on the noise limits.

When I 1st started i kept swapping tracks but you spend quite a bit of time just learning the tracks. If I started again I'd try to stick to one or 2 for a bit.

  3. I agree with sticking to the same track.. I'm a slow learner when it comes to lay out ( from moto X and a lil bit of carting) I'd defiantly find a track I like and stick with it for a bit but I have to try em to see what I like.. I think donnington is great from going the Haslem day and it would be fantastic if I could ride there all week!!! Do they do 2 or 3 day gigs? I've seen em for European tracks...

  4. You get the occasional back2back.

There is something called OMCC I've just joined that do back2back.

  11. Risky...snow a real chance

  12. I'm booked on a Silverstone GP track day on 4th April with Silverstone directly. No way i could do back to back days in what is going to be my first year of track days but you could do Donington and Silverstone - not so far apart.
