1098 Tyre options!

  1. I currently have Pirreli Diablo Rosso Corsa on my 1098S and thinking of trying some different hoops for a trip to Germany (the ring) and back.

    Dunlop SportSmarts, Bridgestone 16 Pros and 2CTs are on the list. What are the opinions?

  2. 2CT'S these will last the trip plus a smash round das ring .....i dont think anyone makes shite tyres these days ........maxxis supermaxx are cheap and will last too

  3. Yep, 2CT's for a good all rounder. You should get fairly good mileage and grip from them.

  4. I got just over 3000m on my rear pp2ct no track days though, I've kept the front on and just had a new rear on this time only on a 749 though.

  5. I ran BT016 on mine after Corsa III's and was very impressed. Got good mileage and a couple of track days from them. Edge grip was very good and they came up to temp quickly.

  6. I am using a BT016pro front at the mo on my 748 and so far very impressed :upyeah:
