  1. Hi Guys,

I have a replacement clutch lever to put on my Scrambler and need to remove the microswitch from the lever, I have undone the little screw underneath but it will not budge.

I do not want to break it any clues as to how it comes out.

    Also what does it do?

    Cheers in advance...

  2. I assume you are replacing the complete assembly, not just the lever that you pull. The microswitch fits into a holder that is held with a single screw. Once you have removed the screw the microswitch and it's holder should pull out. You may have to push it from the other side.
It's purpose in to enable you to start the bike when it is in gear by pulling in the lever to disengage the drive through the clutch.

  3. Cheers so much for the reply, will try giving it a little push from the lever side just don't want to damage it as they are not cheap.....
