  1. Jesus, I don't have the inclination or energy for ebay. All OE gets packed with a view to refitting back to standard if I sell. Then sell all the sexy bits separately. But of course it's a faff.

I'm in the process of building up a V4S how I'd like it. Maybe a last hurrah in euro track day toys, we'll see.

  2. Luckily My friends daughter will put them on for me lol which i will pay her and loads of other things to go on
I will have to contact JHP and send pictures and part numbers so they can help me lol.

  4. How much are the Akra's for the R? They're not interchangeable from the S, right?

My favorite mod on my V4S is the FullSix Monocoque seat and tail unit. It really is a thing of beauty with a huge weight saving (5kg I think). I wonder if this would bolt onto the R?

Let's see your STM dry clutch! :):upyeah:

This is what you have to remove to fit a full system , not a 5 minute job.

  7. That's looking great , anyone who is trying to get a reasonable insurance quote on the R or any other high group rating bike might think about calling bikesure as they have really smashed all other quotes to mine and no, I don't work for them.

  10. Ah! That's better! Very nice :):upyeah:

What type of open cover are you going for? Open cover? Sounds daft doesn't it? Maybe we should call it a protector.... If/when I go for the STM dry clutch conversion on my V4S, I'll want something pretty strong like titanium. Carbon fibre is useless in a low side- tears off like paper:eek:

  11. Having spent so many years being on the bones of my ar$e financially , I feel so lucky to be now able to own this now and who wouldn't. V4R NICE.JPG

  12. Did your akra fitment belly pan fairings come with Corse stickers or did your dealer fit for you?
Mine hasn’t got the stickers as think they are from an S?

  13. Its a different part number for the R which comes with the stickers so yep, from an S I'm afraid.

  14. Thanks for confirming, I’ll get on to my dealer in the morning.
Full Akra exhaust same part number as the S though?
    Who’s your dealer?

  15. On Ducati v4r configurator:
Fairing lowers for race exhaust Part number: 97180653AB
Picture doesn’t show Ducati Corse decals?

  16. Best ask your dealer about your system as it does depend so I'm told.

  17. Mmm, its a different part trust me.

  18. Different part number but same part?
It’s had the R specific mapping updates which I’m assuming you can only get with a race exhaust specific for the R

  19. Stu

    Bike looking great, enjoy :upyeah:
