Thanks for the help idrinkbeer ,final_edition and noobie My problem is my multistrada is loosing coolant,it’s smokey on start up ,hot or cold but from cold it’s smoking around the header pipe on the horizontal cylinder I’ve read on the forum that it seems to be a common fault on the early multis ,mine is a 2012 st ,I have full main dealer service history having owned the bike from new . My dealer said Ducati will only supply the heads and nothing else ,which I find strange he has quoted 1500 pounds for the extras and labour ,I noticed that some members on this forum had their bike done with no cost to them selves Just wondering if anyone has any ideas Thanks again Stu
Last owner did it so not sure but I have spoken to others and they had to pay for the Labour, which seems fair
It might be worth also after you have contacted them, to see what your nearest local independent ducat specialist would charge to fit them?
