  1. Tried many things... Multi weaved.

Adjusted chain... Multi stopped weaving. :astonished:

  2. Was it too tight or too loose?

  3. This message doesn't belong on here, it should be on youtube with some really bad music

  4. Was a bit slack, not by much though. Honestly if someone had said it would have that much of an effect I’d have been sceptical. Been chasing this weave since I got the bike, it was manifesting at 115 plus and by 120 was quite pronounced. Now 135+ is solid. Gets a bit of a weave above that, but I can live with that. Feels a lot more planted in the bends too.

  5. Practicing my clickbait.

  6. Often surprises me how many owners of a second hand bike rarely check the wheels are balanced

  7. A slack chain will have as much effect on handling as a burnt light bulb

  8. I’d better check my bulbs too then... :)

  9. Did that first. New tyres were fitted and wheel balancing was the first suspected cause.

  10. Defo clickbait

  13. Yes, and they couldn’t be happier.

  14. Not so. Chains always have tight and loose spots, so they don’t run evenly. A loose chain will move more, with a regular period, so those shifting forces will transmit themselves through the suspension, so it’s entirely plausible that a weave would result.

  16. Not really no

  17. Who’s the sponsor who revealed it? Chris `Hemmingsworth? Duncan Balentyne?

  18. The only weave I've experienced on mine is with the original screen and a pillion.
It seemed to create a pool of air between us, almost like a pressure build up, changed the screen and bingo, all good.
It felt like someone was pushing the back of my helmet.
Taking the top box off certainly affects the way it feels at high speeds.
The only difference I've ever noticed on chain tension would be a more positive gear change. No false neutrals.
