  3. Crash bung helped out
    Sounds like a self repair and maybe get a secondhand tail piece and fairing? A job for the winter season.

  6. Crash bungs have made the difference between damaged and destroyed imho.
    Panels are only scratched, so a respray would be fine.
    Might be cheaper to get s/h ones though, don’t know yet

  7. No op for me today- too many emergencies, so no theatre slots available.

  8. Waiting for the op in a couple of hours.
    There’s another guy in here who was doing 18mph when a car turned right into his path.
    His knee was smashed and his femur was driven right through his pelvis. They had to replace the hip joint and staple the pelvis together - 18mph!

  9. Good luck dude :cool::upyeah:

  12. Hope everything goes well.
    Other guy just goes to show that speed is not necessarily the overiding factor in the outcome of an accident. My worst injury happened while I was walking along and just slipped, ended up in hospital with bottom of fib and tib both snapped off. Probable speed at time of accident 3 - 4 mph.o_O

  14. Was supposed to be a day case but still here - far too out of it to go homie yesterday.
    shoulder is so full of local and blockers I still have no pain.
    I can use my fingers but when I tried to rearrange my sling, my arm fell like a piece of meat and just fell...

  17. A guy arrived last night, who’s had a plate put in one arm had an artificial elbow fitted to the other arm and has a broken pelvis. He was dong zero mph horizontally but fell off a ladder, so a fair bit of vertical speed.

  18. Going home in an hour or so
