  2. Ruled? Past tense?

So is it the "Upper" classes that rule now?

    Again.

  3. So what "class" is Boris Johnson? So hard for us "colonials" to know...

  4. Ruling class.

  5. Elite.... Top man.... he's going to get the job done.... no worries.

  6. I don't you forget it..... damn villagers...:eyes:

  7. Boris appears to be your stereotypical upper class British twit/twat, however he is self serving and a puppet for his extremely wealthy friends who have backed and financially supported his rise to power for their own agenda, hence the promise of large tax cuts for the very rich!

  8. Oh. So....he does know that he has a job to do? Like, not just sitting on his hands for four years?

  9. I wouldn't be worried if he didn't comb his hair with a balloon :)

  11. Smart people playing the game with child placement at the schools as the working classes don't bother in life.As for Boris he's in play for one thing & that's called the GE:upyeah:

  12. Yes! that's the type, the inbred elite, however Tim here is retarded but a thoroughly nice guy, Boris' friends are highly intelligent and patient and because of huge family wealth are happy to wait generations for their hidden agenda, new world order, to come to fruition!

  13. Ruined.

I find it amusing and worrying in equal measures that iOS chooses words that fit a set stance better than the one I actually wrote....

  14. It is a tv prog by a ‘right wing’ working class comedian about how the middle class behave and working class feel the brunt

  15. Phew.......so it's much better that the toffs are now back in control?

  16. I worked all my adult life, until retirement and apart from a mortgage to buy my house, I've never bought on credit. I have only acquired nice things when I've had the money. Does the fact that I worked make me working class or that I have nice things make me middle class ? I don't really give a toss either way because neither of the current major party leaders have a fucking clue how to put things right. Rant over. Andy

  17. Depends. Did you circumnavigate the schooling system by pretending to be of a particular faith or pretending to live in a different place to get your kids in a good school while bemoaning public schools and drinking avocado and quinoa shake? Act in one way, campaign for others to act in another? ;)

  18. When I were t'lad

The class structure was an easy spot. Royalty and toffs were upper class, solicitors, bank managers, barristers "professionals" etc were middle class. the rest who nine to fived, nights, lates etc were working class.

now it seems more about money and very little class.

  19. When I went to school you were either Catholic or C of E so you either got rogered by the brothers or bullied by the fat kid. Never saw an avocado before I was 40 and I still have no idea what quinoa is. I went to whatever school was nearest where my mum and dad lived, no other choice. I think the only 'priveledge' I ever had was to go to grammar school and fail miserably. No university for me just the local technical college and day release. Andy

  20. i guess with the way the UK ecconomy is structured towards finance and services, the midle class rely on the working/poor class running on tick/finance.
