  8. May colleague at work was taken to see Jimmy Saville at his house in Scarborough by his mother and remembers bouncing on his bed :eyes:
    My cousin from Scarborough was a body builder who was on the same circuit at Lou Ferrigno, he knew Jimmy and we once said good morning as he jogged by us on the street when I was staying at my cousins house...
    Both these incidents were in the early 1980's.
    I have no more Jimmy Saville associations thankfully o_O

    the wife was a regular on Hamish McBeth.
    i had the chance to play with HipsWay.
    i bletherd for a bit with a fella on a campsite in Kintyre not knowing he was Ian Banks. but that's alright, he did'nt know i was Spartacus.

  10. i have, i bumped into him on fortbill high street at full pelt, then again later at a hotel when i was pished where i threatened to nick his RangRover when he turned up at a party we where having. i didnt know his history back then. but i could still tell he was an arse.

  11. My mum is friends with Cliff Richard, Rafa Nadal and various other peeps with links to Spain. She never misses an opportunity to go on about it!
     
  12. We went for a coffee at Mainsgill farm shop on the A66 today and drove through Ravensworth on the way home passing Ian Bothams house although I’m not sure if he was in or even if he still lives there.

  14. I had dinner with John Cleese at his house. I was told I mustn’t mention the silly walk.
    As he walked away from the table I noticed he naturally carried his arms straight and fingers clenched rearwards leaving his knuckles facing forwards.

    What a silly walk.
