I've read the manual, and can see how to install the new pickups but can't find any write-ups anywhere about how to check the ignition timing with a strobe. Is it simply that on these older engines you just set the centre line of the pickup with the dots on the the flywheel and have the correct gap? If anyone has a link to a write-up on checking the timing and fine adjustment it would be much appreciated. I'm guessing that the procedure is pretty much the same for just about any of the 2 valve twins so mabye there's something written for the Monster or similar. Thanks
