  2. Feeling a little like life is too short.
Booked a large country house in Gloucestershire to celebrate my father's 72nd birthday ...with his kids and sister...it will be great.
Meal and drinks with no hurry up to get home. :).

  8. When things aren't going well, just think how Prince Andrew feels today, after his previously semi-trashed reputation has sunk to unforseen depths on a worldwide basis - suddenly, those commercial deals sponsored by huge companies, may be drying up.....

  10. Collected my kango from the electric shop repairers but i need to search on ebay for a used/working switch as such an old machine no parts available anymore:( attempted a ride out on the SPS & after twenty miles aborted due to rain fall, just no pleasure whatsoever in those conditions for me.

  13. Switch found? I get all my stuff fixed by a mate who is the repair guy for a hire company... He has containers full of spares.
If ya can't find what you need give me the part or model number and I will ask him..

  17. Just bought a set of front discs and pads for my old Hyundai. Got £10 off using my Halfords Trade Card. Can't believe how cheap the discs are for what is quite a lump of metal :)

  18. Indeed, more metal than a Ducati disc and nearly as much work involved - where does the extra money go :eyes:

  19. Scale of economies, less accuracy needed on a car disc, probably cheaper materials to begin with and less processes to manufacture.
