Yup. It's a fake photoshop IMO, i don't think they would release a PP V4 unless its some weird 500 run to commemorate it being retired and Carl Dunne. From the spy pick ergonomics it suggests the first V4 might be on the ENDURO platform as well as the code name "TrailMaxi" seen elsewhere.

No V4 this year .. The multistrada release history is clear new model at 3 years, and "facelift" for next 3 years. And it make sense, cause the 1260 is to "fresh" to kill it yet. So maybe next year or after that. I read that this year model will be the same just with some extra parts.

How do you know it's a V4? The quallity on that video is from a nokia 3310 (first generation) .. i can't see nothing there .. only that UGLY test exhaust. Don't sell you bike, not yet!
From the sound it makes...can't tell the difference myself other than the exhaust tone beats sound quicker/more raspy.
I'd say that is almost certainly the V4, what I'd also say is that I've heard and read that this bike will be launched at the October 2020 bike shows for release early 2021. I'll be happy with that, I'll leave it a year to get all the niggles out of the way and buy a new bike in 2022. Nothing like forward planning eh?!

I’d understand that the Multi isn’t exactly a pretty bike, eye of the beholder and all that. But KTM? Christ almighty!
Geez tough crowd...its a pre-production test mule...i'm sure the folks over in Austria will clean it up some. The exhaust is the first sign we see of EURO 5...which will make AKRA slip-ons kinda 'mandatory' for us folks over the pond and explains the huge slip-on in the V4 Multi vid.
