1994 Ducati 916 Strada complete engine with matching mono frame ( no subframe unfortunately ) for sale / best offer.. 12,000 mile engine with v5 document matching engine and frame verified by Ducati.. Came from a straight Strada professionally broken for spares by Ducati indi specialist.. I’ve no rush for this to go and it’s only being sold due to being let down on plans for my predacious 955 project.. I think they might have jumped a little quickly in breaking it IMO as you correctly say Strada’s Are now commanding better £.. I don't know exactly when it was stripped but knowing them well they told me they can make much more £ by selling the parts rather than selling the complete bike, which is a shame really but that’s the business they are in.. x
Anyone with a '95 bike could buy this, swap everything over and have a bike worth £5k+ more - then sell the spare frame and engine
Ps I’ve not advertised it anywhere else yet, as I’d rather a forum friend gets the two .. will only put them on e bay etc if nothing happens after say 2 moths .. so with a deposit you can have time to save up or do a bank job perhaps ... x

Noods, why not just stick it straight on Ebay, you're not flogging it here as a favour you're just trying to extract maximum cash. So either pop a price on it and stop messing about or stick it on Ebay where the largest audience is. Just my opinion.
Thanks and all that but, I’ve already had a couple of reasonable offers via PM’s which are close to my purchase price and as posted in the op I’m not after as much money as I can get just something close, I won’t take more wonga than I shelled out.. it’s posted here so there’s a good chance a real Ducati fan will acquire something they need rather than someone on auction buying just to make £ gain.. sorry to have to repeat myself and all that but that’s how it is, like it, or not... x
Do we get to guess its value? Frame £500 Engine £800 Based on what I know a mate sold his V5 748 frame for and his 996 motor that was shown running and OK (just engine tho, no bits n bobs)
