2019 Lincolnshire & Yorkshire Meets And Rides Out Thread.

The weather is looking good for this evening at the Royal Oak in Snitterby.

 

I’m gonna head over I reckon.

 

Beware Loose Chippings in Waddingham village.
They have been down more than a week now, but had not been swept when I was last through there on Sunday.

 

When we turned up it was heaving... they seemed to be coming and going in waves.

 

I'm coming in from Kelsey direction, it's bloody awful round here in the last few weeks. Not proper repairs and not very safe for bikes.

 

What time you heading over? Think my buddy and me are gonna pop in for a nosy and a drink in the sunshine.

On 13th August we will be celebrating 25 years of North Lincs Ducati Club Meetings.
If the weather plays nicely we are hoping to see 25 Ducatis at the Royal Oak.
I should have a few Ducati freebies to give away on that evening.

 

Good variety of red Ducatis at the Royal Oak yesterday evening.
The ST3 and 999R were parked out of sight behind the large red non-italian car.
We will excuse the owner for not bringing his Ducati, as a V12 Aston sounds nearly as good as a Bologna Bike.

 

A good mix of steeds too.

 

Probably heading to the Royal Oak straight from work tonight, to make the most of the sun before it drops behind the trees, should be there from 6:30 to sundown.

 

Me and Multistrada are heading for Spain in the morning, and I've to go and collect my latest stupid acquisition from Theddlethorpe so I'll be a no-show this month. Hello to everyone though, and if you wouldn't mind asking him would it be possible to get a mobile number or email address for Pietro? We were yakking about bits and bobs last meet and I need to pick that convo up...

Lincolnshire Life yesterday evening.
A few of us had the same idea, to park by the riverside in Brigg, with fish and chips and coffee from Scalini's to fortify us on a cool evening.
Great to get a few miles on the clock and see some familiar faces from a safe distance of course.

 

Sunday looks to be good riding conditions. I’m riding with a friend (899 Pani) on Sunday if anyone wants to join. Probably a lap of Lincolnshire and beyond to scrub a new tyre in

Relatively new to this forum and i live near Nettleham. Joined the forum as i was about to buy a Ducati but bought an Aprilia instead

If you plan any further outings this year then i would consider joining you if work and life commitments allow.

I am quite shy in large groups, so please go easy on me
