Hey Noods, Pretty sure these are still available from Ducati. Alternatively make your own, easy enough to shape some mesh, I made some new vents for my monoposto seat, £2.50 worth of material from eBay

It’s modelling mesh, comes in different hole sizes, you just need to find out what size OEM is and order a sheet of the same, I used 9 x 4.5 mm for the seat unit. Really easy to use, believe originally they were stuck down with a type of double sided tape, I would maybe use clear mastic just to be on the safe side.
