  1. The place is as depressing as it sounds.
Almost As bad as Sutton Coldfield

  3. It’s akin to the saying death by hanging

  4. You want to try a little further North - it's 10 times worse, or much further South like Beirut-by-the Sea (Felixstowe) o_O

  6. Been to Felixstowe a lot. They’ve tidied it up a bit lately but still as ruff as a badgers arse

  7. Blackpool is good for one thing. Getting shitfaced

  8. Most British seaside resorts are depressing. Wrist slashingly depressing. Full of obese, tattooed chavs that wouldn’t look out of place in those Walmart pics you see on the Internetz

Saltburn is one of the nicest in my view.

  10. I actually quite like the northeast as a rule especially up Berwick way and bamburgh.
Agree about seasides in general though full of pikeys, Burberry wearing gap toothed single mothers drinking white lightning whilst smoking a super king.
Dang.. I just described gt Yarmouth

  14. Saltburn-by-the-Sea seems quietly getting on with it’s self and minding its own business
However a Saltbun-by -the-Sea is a different confectionary experience altogether and would probably leave you with a nasty aftertaste, which is what I think you were alluding to.
